My friend recommended this product for me because I could not get any sleep. I adopted my pup from a shelter and we are crate training him at night. I would prob get about 3 hours of sleep because he would howl and cry. Since I have started using this product, he has been calmer at night and falling asleep easier. We put the recommended amount in his bowl and call it "snack time" before going on our last walk. When we return, it's time for bed. Give or take it, it takes about 30-45 minutes after lights out for him to sleep. I recommend!
